Employees are not rewarded nor given recognition for their hard work. Relationships with clients are valued over relationships with employees. Deals are chased without having the appropriate and efficient number of employees to successfully execute the deals. Pay is not dispensed in a timely fashion for contractors as they can often experience weeks or even a month without pay. The low number of employees creates an excessive demand to fulfill multiple projects concurrently and the employee turnover is extremely high as well. Passive-aggressive retaliation from senior management is present and creates a tense atmosphere down the chain of command.
