Pros

Maybe a good raise and bonus

Cons

Very few leaves (22 over a year ) - even service base organizations will offer you more leaves Infinity Planning and Lack of time for execution People will add you to an ongoing call without asking you (Should have at least courtesy to ask before adding somebody) A lot of Adhoc Meetings when you can't clearly plan (I mean hell lot of calls, around 30 hours in a 10-day sprint) No Work-Life Balance and Not a single meeting ever end on time Vendors can overpower Full-Time employees as they are old in the system One sudden night they can take back your designation and demote you one level down (And they call it a parity) just to show the outer world that they pay highly for lower designated folks if The Project is a New Supply Chain Platform (NSCP) and that too in testing, Don't join (Pls double check while joining) That place is just chaotic and they want to make that team like amazon, but they have resources like who does not even fit into TCS (no offense to TCS). Some Vendors will suggest some tool of their choice that does not have any market value and the management will accept that gracefully without caring what their resources are comfortable with. They always overcomplicate things by running 1000 matrices and running behind counts. PO will commit to your story though he is pure non-technical in PI plannings. And If you are smart I don't need to explain more. Last but not least, they asked me to return my backpack saying it's company policy, on my LWD For God's sake who's on the earth takes 1.5 yr old back and literally had to do beg to security to give me some polythene in order to carry my personal belongings back home, and seeing this I was ecstatic that I have made a right choice to move out

Pros

I used to love working here. I love the people I work with. The level of clients we get to work with is great. National, International brands.

Cons

Frequent reorganizations, salaries are not even keeping up with inflation (which is not a "merit" increase, additional responsibilities for no additional compensation, frequent layoffs and offshoring. When layoffs occur, there are always several positions / responsibilities that are not backfilled and no longer owned by anyone. Changing work from home / hybrid / full time back in office policies continue to change. Employees no longer trust the leadership. There is no stability. There is no incentive to do great work. It has not been valued.
