4yI am sorry for your negative experience. As our company has grown and expanded over the last 2 years we have made many improvements to our processes. To address your comments, we have and continue to make improvements to our vetting process, we have implemented an onboarding program and tool for our new hires, we outline if there is travel involved before hiring, and we do give advances and reimbursements for expenses depending on the circumstance. We do also have performance improvement programs for our employees.
