Pros
Been here for 5+ years. It's a very high paced place to work, with a management team that cares about you as a employee and as a human. There's definitely an expectation of being proactive, going an extra mile, picking up on and participating in the company culture. We get to work on exciting, ever evolving technology with some really big name brands. There have been instances where employees show interest in another role completely, and the management has been very accommodating to keeping good talent on and exploring other roles for them. Also, healthy paternity and maternity.
Cons
Like any young company that was a startup and is moving into a more "adult" phase comes some growing pains, a lot of one person teams are becoming 2+ so the learning curve for training is being finessed. With a sales team that does a lot of demos, there's often a battle for the conference room, but the office space will be changing soon anyway so that shouldn't be a problem. There is some sink or swim mentality - so in order to be successful, I'd urge new hires to ask a lot of questions.
