Cons
-At first glance, the company appears to have your best interest in mind. Do not be fooled. -The CEO is far too involved in day to day operations and micromanagement is rampant. There is no real trust between leadership and employees. -Pay is far below market standard and the level of expectation exceeds the capabilities of employees. -Turn over is critically high and tenured experience is near non-existent. -Management is unethical and when the work load is unamanagable they will do ANYTHING to speed things up. -Compensation beyond pay for extra time worked is a joke and when mb creates a problem for their clients, techs are expected to work as long as needed to correct management's mistakes. -At MB your voice does not matter. -Management periodically undergoes a "refresh" period where managers or directors are replaced and the CEO "apologetically" touts about the hiring mistakes he has made. The issue goes beyond managers and reaches to the very top. -Leadership will not take responsibility. Period. -Double standards are rampant. Schedule flexibility is available for account managers, project engineers and leadership. If you are a tech, good luck finding a work life balance. -Excuses are the unnofficial core value of MB. Scheduling pto, pay raises, training opportunities... you name it, theres an excuse.
