      Pros

      Somewhat flexible, especially after covid.

      Cons

      HR and SLT are extremely racist, sexist and corrupt. HR are easy to bribe. Alot of underhand things going on behind the scenes. Good if youre white, privately school educated and live in a village Definetely not a meritocracy. Climbing the ladder is based on who you sleep with and pay off

      - great pay - laid back management and relaxing culture - fantastic office in great location - supportive senior managers and HR (surprise,surprise!!) - company hosting pretty good venues

      - bonus scheme and benefits are rather disappointing - working abroad is prohibited

      Seemingly opportunities to develop and learn Very friendly and helpful environment Very social (monthly department drinks) Good benefits and pay Senior management accessible

      None to report at the moment, maybe the fact that there's alot of fixed term contracts as opposed to full time employees. Can create uncertainty for sure
