      Lots of opportunities & very flexible in relation to how as long as the what is delivered

      Can sometimes be a bit too much pressure in quite a political environment (2 shareholders competing in same business area)

      Somewhat flexible, especially after covid.

      Cons

      HR and SLT are extremely racist, sexist and corrupt. HR are easy to bribe. Alot of underhand things going on behind the scenes. Good if youre white, privately school educated and live in a village Definetely not a meritocracy. Climbing the ladder is based on who you sleep with and pay off
