      Pros

      Lots of healthy food and snacks. Work drinks are fun. Good office location.

      Cons

      - Working hours are very long because there is an expectation to always work late. - High turnover of staff this year due to a 'hire and fire' approach, as well as people leaving due to the culture/working hours. - Senior management is poorly organised, lack of leadership and no development program.

      - CEO is completely avaricious and one to avoid - Positive reviews on this site are false to hide other reviews further down about the CEO - no trust in employees - 5 days in the office, no flexibility for new families
