Cons
Thinking back to my time working for the boss of this company. I can't help but feel a sense of fatigue and frustration. The constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines and the endless stream of demands and requests took a toll on my mental and physical health. I often found myself feeling sick and burned out, struggling to keep up with the workload. But what made the experience truly unrewarding was the boss's pigheaded attitude. He refused to listen to feedback or suggestions from his team, insisting that his way was always the right way.
