Impactful work and collaboration. There are fun, caring, and smart people to work with. Everyone really cares about clients and each other. Caring management, even if they don’t like what you say, they listen.

Location is a con. Another is that management can take too long to get rid of employees who are toxic or not good team players.

Great coworkers are the best benefit by far. Good place to work if you don't mind a boring office job. Flexible, many employees are remote or hybrid. Some of the leadership team is great.

Benefits used to be competitive but are going downhill - health insurance with high copays, the company provides its own network as its EAP (ethically questionable in my view). Lots of "benefits" that are supposed to help with mental health in the workplace (eg free yoga) but I couldn't afford therapy for myself. Majority owner of the company has a fragile ego and is awful to work with. Being part of the for-profit healthcare world can be soul-crushing.
