Pros

Great coworkers are the best benefit by far. Good place to work if you don't mind a boring office job. Flexible, many employees are remote or hybrid. Some of the leadership team is great.

Cons

Benefits used to be competitive but are going downhill - health insurance with high copays, the company provides its own network as its EAP (ethically questionable in my view). Lots of "benefits" that are supposed to help with mental health in the workplace (eg free yoga) but I couldn't afford therapy for myself. Majority owner of the company has a fragile ego and is awful to work with. Being part of the for-profit healthcare world can be soul-crushing.

Pros

Coworkers and hours were great here

Cons

This was a toxic work environment that was not diverse at all. The owner was narcissistic. The pay sucked at the time and so did Kaiser insurance
