Pros
They seem like a cool start up. Offer yoga, fuseball, loud music, stocked pantry etc. The location is central San Diego and the people are mostly under 40.
Cons
I was told they fire people every 2 weeks for underselling. I went in for an inside sales job and got offered Brand Ambassador which means cold calling 300 people a day. Plus they lie to people on the phone saying they are with Virgin Airlines and want to send people to their restaurants. Then when the owner start to talk, then they find out that its really an advertising plan. Bait and switch.
