Employees actively warned each other to limit interactions with leadership. Minimal investment in professional development or mentorship. Advancement appears based on personal relationships rather than qualifications or experience. Culture heavily centered on drinking (office bar is literally the center of their office), excluding non-drinkers. Heard inappropriate comments about diversity vendors and initiatives from leadership.
