This is by far the worst company I have ever worked in or even come across. Absolutely no concept of how to think long term. No duty of care for employees. High churn rate. No sick pay or maternity cover, despite the fact this company advises other companies on how to achieve equality in their workforce. A lack of flexibility in working practices (internal obsession with "processes" to the detriment of innovation). Complete lack of professionalism from senior management team (CEO routinely shouts at people and bullies them). Constant restructures and reshuffles. Chaotic working style - people often instructed to research and build events (and invite speakers), which are then more often than not cancelled. No professional development (not sure anyone stays long enough to need it to be honest).
Lip service paid to the importance of staff to business, when in reality, company is quick to fire people who disagree. Very toxic environment where staff often call each other names.
Honestly, the allure of the money was strong, but the best thing I ever did for my career and my sanity was to leave this place.
