Never Join on SITS payroll - Software Engineer Magic Software Employee Review

- All good comment on Glass-door are fake. -At time of joining SITS will say you will get permanent on Magic payroll after 3-6 month , but Nothing will happen. -Hire and Fire policy. -No respect of employee. -Lot of difference with SITS payroll employee and Magic payroll employee - On SITS payroll you will get 1 leave per month - They also do partiality on Diwali Gift , that is cheap. - No appraisal policy for SITS employee. -You are only valuable till you are in Project ,on bench anytime would be fired. -HR has no power, they only make false commitment. -HR force you to work in a US shift also. -Late night stay is common. -Mangers are not friendly, they think developer as a servant. -For testing interns scenario is more worst.
