Pros
Commission structure is generous. Inbound sales pretty high so not really a problem to meet quotas(defined or not defined) Company spends money on leads Not so aggressive that it's uncomfortable Good opportunity to meet clients and build your own book Team is solid
Cons
The BIGGEST problem right now over the last 2 months or so is what happens after we close the deal. The customer service and relationship management leaves sales department and goes over to other people who completely confuse, complicate, and offend the clients. So we keep losing our people which ends up hurting sales reputation as well.
