      Pros

      Treats its employees very well. Provides opportunities for learning/growth. The team is fantastic! Can honestly say that I LIKE my coworkers as both professionals and as people and enjoy seeing them every day.

      Cons

      Still growing, but the management team is super diligent about making sure any growing pains get ironed out right away.

      Pros

      Some of the nicest and most professional people around! The work feels meaningful because of the overarching focus on building real, valuable relationships with members, meeting unique member needs and creating a comfortable environment for everyone.

      Cons

      Could be more efficient communication between upper management and community managers so good ideas don't get lost in the shuffle
