      Pros

      Treats its employees very well. Provides opportunities for learning/growth. The team is fantastic! Can honestly say that I LIKE my coworkers as both professionals and as people and enjoy seeing them every day.

      Cons

      Still growing, but the management team is super diligent about making sure any growing pains get ironed out right away.

      Pros

      Great Idea, some spaces were executed well, other were terrible.

      Cons

      Gossip and malicious talk were allowed and encouraged at most levels due to mid-management not being confronted. Many valuable employees left and were disgruntled for years before leaving, further leading to a negative culture.
