Pros
Overall company good here You learn more with new technology. But Some management and project manager behaviour not good. Always project manager given wrong duration in project and he not see developer condition and always say complete this task any how even your office time is complete and company not pay OT and not adjust any leave. Even 1-2 time employee fyt with project manager related overloaded work then he always target his developer.And Some developer are free but he always give overload work in specific targeted person. if developer work good so why not understand developer work and specially i give more task so i divide some RND and work with other employee.So don't target specific developer.
Cons
After few year they started dirty games inside cabin for employee, they pressurized employee via team leader, No value for employee hard work, No value for their emotions and no value for their hard work and relationship with company. No value for loyal employee Feel like prison cause its mandatory to work 9:15 hours Strict in, out policy Work pressure , Pointless rule for work delivery which is totally against employee growth Rules change in cabin without notifying employee Partiality between employee via HR. TL don't have enough knowledge about their Trade and not given proper time line about project and owner not train TL or management proper. Always management and TL PM wrong and he always target lower level developer every time.
