They don't care about the employees. They are greedy people and focuses to find opportunities to snatch money away from the employees. They cut your half day salary if you are short of 15 mins of your working hours but they don't provide overtime when you work even for 2 hours more. All the ethics, rules and regulations are expected from employees but they themselves are shameless to follow all this. In this pandemic, work from home has become a standard but they think of it as a luxury provided to employees and don't give your monthly paid leaves for the same reason. So if you have some reason to take leave then they will cut your salary. By the way they only provide 1 day leave per month (only if working at office) whereas other companies have 1.5 to 2 at least. They don't have trust on employees, they do micro-management for little little things. They have installed tracker in computers which takes screenshot every 5 mins. That's too much.

After few year they started dirty games inside cabin for employee, they pressurized employee via team leader, No value for employee hard work, No value for their emotions and no value for their hard work and relationship with company. No value for loyal employee Feel like prison cause its mandatory to work 9:15 hours Strict in, out policy Work pressure , Pointless rule for work delivery which is totally against employee growth Rules change in cabin without notifying employee Partiality between employee via HR. TL don't have enough knowledge about their Trade and not given proper time line about project and owner not train TL or management proper. Always management and TL PM wrong and he always target lower level developer every time.
