Pros

SOME of the staff were nice. They made going to work worthwhile. Nothing else did. The staff discount is 25% and is honestly not worth it, I never got around to using it. If you want to use it that bad, befriend one of the staff there. They'll sort you out.

Cons

The poor working conditions - staff room and toilet facilities were horrible. The staff room is about as big as a public bathroom and smells the same. The management (all levels, unfortunately) are severely undertrained for the job - and their attitudes stink. They hand out four-hour shifts, which is utterly time-consuming, and only works in their benefit - it still costs me the same amount to travel to and from work. Their staff turnover is HIGH - in the very short time I was there, about 12 people left the job. Twelve individuals. Of their own accord. I left and my former colleagues couldn't be more happy for me. I visit them frequently.

Pros

Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

Cons

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
