      Good sales bonus, adds extra money to the salary. Employee discount.

      Cons

      Not that many benefits, except for meal tickets but no medical care, only one weekend per month free, working in shifts can be exhausting, it disrupts your routine.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
