      Pros

      The old manager was nice and supportive. I love my peers as well, quite sad I had to leave. But I have heard that now, there is a change in management. Everyone left and the environment might not be the same.

      Cons

      -There is no trust between the new manager and staff ( only for this specific store). Not too sure about the rest

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
