Run- Do not even try this place - Secretary Manor ISD Employee Review

Sexual, verbal and even physical harassment is the norm. This is the most toxic environment I have ever been in. Teachers have been known to threaten to fight each other in front of students. Directors are rude and extremely aggressive towards each other and to their employees. Students from this district will need to be retrained to enter a the work force, Companies expect employees to be respectful and hard working. The district is literally robbing the public funds with so many employees not working but having the lower end employees doing the job of the directors.
