Pros
Manpower is a great place to work because I feel like I am able to present new ideas and actually have them heard and therefore I feel important and like I personally make a difference in the company. I have been treated with nothing but respect and appreciation which added to the simple fact that I honestly and absolutely LOVE my job and what I do, is icing on the cake. My co-workers and I often talk about how we never dread coming to work because we all love our jobs and eachother which makes for an amazing atmosphere and an overall relaxing and refreshing place to work. I dont see myself leaving Manpower. Even if another agency were to offer more salary, you cant put a price on all of the values and overall greatness of Manpower. I wouldnt trade it for anything! Honestly!
Cons
The only downside is that Manpower does not offer the highest salaries in the industry, nor do I think they will ever, BUT in comparison to how you will be treated as an individual and how much you will be valued, the importance of the "highest" salary is minimal.
