      Good benefits, decent working environment

      Terrible management, multiple branch managers in 2 years, old outdated database, lack of involvement with my career. With multiple branch managers there was no training and development or consistent content for how to do your job well.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
