      Solid training and exposure to all elements of the business along with tremendous autonomy are just a few of the things that make ManpowerGroup a great organization to be part of.

      Cons

      Patience may be necessary if not used to navigating a very large company, but it is not impossible to learn the ropes quickly.

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
