Pros
You'll get to learn basic fundamentals of recruiting and human resources.
Cons
When you sign your offer letter, they promise you 100% commissions upon perm placements. What they don't tell you is that they absolutely WILL NOT pay you out until they get paid. I made a perm placement on Nov 8th and its almost the new year and still havent received my commissions. You ARE JUST a number to them. They DO NOT care about you as a person and all they care about is production. Leadership absolutely sucks, they all work remote and nit pick everything you do behind the scenes. My manager absolutely did not communicate and is very likely the worst manager I've ever had. How he got into this position is beyond me. It just goes to show you how desperate this company is to fill seats.
