The company wants you to succeed. If you show initiative the sky is the limit - the like to promote from within and will give you training if you show an interest.
Cons
Some of the senior leadership can seem disconnect and only interested in you in a superficial way. They expect you to complete projects even if it means working long hours outside of regular business hours.
