      I can not think of one single pro for working for this company. They do not care about their employees at all

      Cons

      No training, no appreciation, no support, pay is awful, no increase no matter what, no room for growth. They just generally do not care about their employees.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
