Pros

Great people and a great culture! Having dogs in the office is a great perk too, but the people here are what really makes this place great! So much talent across the organization, it's super inspiring to be around so many people who are passionate about what they do. I'm always challenged and learning something new every day. Definitely not a place for someone who doesn't want to grow and learn as a professional, but if you're looking for a great place that makes you feel accomplished at the end of the day, week, quarter then you've found your spot! I'm very interested to see where MapAnything goes as it grows and matures as an organization and I'm thrilled to be a part of that process. TL;DR - Dogs in the office - Amazing, smart, talented coworkers who will teach you a lot - Beer and wine on Fridays - Yearly company wide meetings are actually fun - Great culture - Small enough where you actually see the impact of what you do day to day - Ability to grow and learn every day - Lots of mobility within the company

Cons

-Not a place to slack off, but I'm not even sure that's a con to begin with. -Some people's workloads are much larger than others, but that's often recognized and rewards are given appropriately.

Cons

Growing pains of a typical startup, although this has gotten better and they learn from their mistakes

Pros

There's a great quote I heard from a founder/turned VC some time back. It went "Once or twice in life, someone will give you a shot you don't quite deserve...Work 100 hours...Do whatever it takes..Make it happen" That's not to say you're expected to work 100+ hours a week at the expense of a personal life, but to say that there exists a special opportunity here for those who want it. I've seen tech support reps, turned product managers, turned app developers in less than 2 years. I've seen people with no salesforce experience, become near experts in the platform. The opportunities for personal and professional growth are only limited by your imagination and willingness to try. For those that believe in the mission, and want to build something measurable and special here in Charlotte, this is a great place for you.

Cons

It's not for everyone. If you need documented process, hand-holding and a lot of direction day-to-day, you'll find yourself frustrated and lost at times.
