Pros
You get to learn a lot of things here. Increments are good if you are a performer. There have been some good inspiration around.
Cons
Growth prospects are not as good for rankers compare to B school graduates. Internal and regional politics plays a big role in growth. People sitting in HO don't have problem solving attitude, rather behave childish on why and how the problem is raised. Leadership becomes restless even in uncontrollable circumstances. Role clarity is a concern. Most of the managers try to take credit for others work.
