- Decisions are not made based on business principles - senior leadership often take decisions from strictly personal perspectives without team input/supporting data
- Multiple people were dismissed without valid reason / based on personal likeability among senior management
- Lack of position growth and salary increase opportunity
- Poor HR/culture/company values - difficult to enact change within the company (HR/management are the opposite of "employee-first", very old-school "bare minimum" HR - minimal benefits, no flex work hours, challenging to take time off for essential appointments, employees forced to work in office during the CO-19 pandemic)
