      Work from home, flexible shifts, opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Dealing with insanely rude customers sometimes. Getting verbally abused over the phone (yelled at, sweared at) by customers. It doesn’t happen all the time but it absolutely ruins your day when it does.

      Great culture, room for growth, transfer within 6 months with good tenure

      I did not have any, I worked with great people, some were not so great but overall. I really enjoyed myself and the work.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
