Hotel discounts...nice amenities at corporate hq
Cons
Senior management will squeeze the life out of you, they would work you around the clock if they could. Because they get bigger bonuses off the backs of the lower-paid Associates.. the old Marriott culture is long gone. No more are the days when employees were treated well.
