      Programs to advance. Promotes from within.

      Cons

      Management did not respect employees personal time. Would keep employees after scheduled hours to work on things they were responsible for. Poor/No training. Misleading description of job during interview. Terrible Pay and hours.

      Great culture Lots of hotels to use your discount Lots of room for growth Free rooms for life with 25 years of service

      Does not pay as well They require you to leave and come back to get a big pay bump but then you lose your years of service
