      flexible schedule hrs etc... they work around your personel life as much as possible

      Cons

      have to work holidays...hotel 24 hrs/7days a week business

      Great culture Lots of hotels to use your discount Lots of room for growth Free rooms for life with 25 years of service

      Does not pay as well They require you to leave and come back to get a big pay bump but then you lose your years of service
