Marriotts image is being destroyed by Franchise Marriott Hotel Owners. These owners lack what it takes to create Exceptional Operating Teams and care nothing about the true Marriott Value and culture. When looking at reviews of hotels it's always the Franchised hotels that gets bashed the most. In no reviews do you see Marriott international hotels just doing horrible or not carrying out Brand Standards. Marriott should turn the volume up on owners and more accountability for owners to carry their Flags/Brands. The Marriott BSA is one thing but after this audit is done Franchised owners don't care about anything but Revenue.
