Pros
Good training, standards, leadership, opportunities, guests and businesses. It is the best company I ever worked for, the GM, coworkers, supervisors are carefully selected and trained to be excellent and grow evey day with the company.
Cons
Salaries can be more competitive, they need more support for our education and health. Banquets isn't up to a 5 Diamonds Resort.
