Great benefits - from Medical to leave packages to supporting a wealth of great causes and you are encouraged to participate in those that appeal to you. In many above property positions, there is a lot of flexibility in work from home, meeting structure - casual, serious, and so much more. Many, many travel and other perks from day one, the longer you are there the more that you understand and can take full advantage
Cons
The biggest downside is that it is still a big Corporation and your next layoff or downsizing or re-structure for your group or the group next to you is right around the corner. It's not personal, be prepared.
