The managers were extremely welcoming, and made you feel like part of the team. You are allowed to run the desk without being micromanaged. The hours are consistent.

The training is awful (expect to learn EVERYTHING from hours of computer training). The software they use for reservations only uses keystrokes and is rumored to be from the 70s. It is a black screen with green characters (nothing more updated than that), and getting things to go from online to in the system is just impossible. Often the reservation system would overbook itself? Why does this even happen? Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
