Pros
If you do work hard JUST enough and are alright with the low pay...you will always have a job there. Benefits and amount of PTO were nice. I personally liked my supervisor and was trusted by her. This does not always happen. When I left...they were trying to pump up employee morale. It was too late for me.
Cons
Somewhat impossible metrics to meet, micromanaged, bonuses nearly impossible, annual raises are not nearly enough ($200 for a whole year?!), pay in general way too low for the responsibility, no where to move up unless you want to be a supervisor (no thanks)
