      Lots of learning opportunities in apparel. Max is a leading brand and always experimenting.

      Cons

      Senior management is not supportive. They will teach a lot but in case of any issues, they will throw the juniors under the bus.

      Good staff discount and bonuses

      Bad life-work balance; very often store can be understaffed, especially if someone is sick, it is impossible to find coverage

      Somewhat good perks, can be ok

      Cons

      Great for part timers, except to do 12 hr days due to baby sized rosters, massive work load and absolutely no means to train team.
