Lots of learning opportunities in apparel. Max is a leading brand and always experimenting.

Cons

Senior management is not supportive. They will teach a lot but in case of any issues, they will throw the juniors under the bus.

Pros for working there ,none .. At the least it could give you exposure of retail that's it nothing else .

Cons

I have worked there for 7 months .. The management wants you to obedient and just do what ever they . In my 7 months tenure I was asked to stay and work after my working hours because company needs me ( you will not get paid for extra hours but you are suppose to work for extra hours ) Hr is of no help upper management is totally rotten , you will witness corporate politics at its worst in Max fashion .
