managers are not leaders they manage, good at their job not at being people managers. nitpicking culture. raised issues with managers manager and was told i am the problem. secrecy about opportunities and salaries. no support to get promoted. many have not-my-job-not-my-problem attitudes and only a handful of people do most of the work.
