Pros
Small office and team so very hands on and the job provides diverse responsibilities. Flexible work options like work from home on agreed upon days with manager approval. Interesting projects, lots of cross team collaboration within the employees. Opportunities to wear many 'hats' within your role. Respectful work environment.
Cons
Smaller Canadian market so limited development resources and backing. No company pension contribution (cut in DDS/Mediabank merger) or RRSP matching program. Employee office space is very dated. Have to use my own personal computer if they work from home (e.g. no company issued laptop provided).
