In response to your comment regarding being easily promoted if you know the right people, we can confirm that every individual who receives an “in-role promotion” has achieved this through hard work and merit. We can also confirm that individuals who achieve a 2-step promotion or more, all participate in an internal interview process with MRN, to ensure suitability and fairness.
We are also working hard to continuously develop and invest in the training of our managers across the organisation to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and tools to truly provide leadership and support to their teams.
This year has seen the implementation of our first internal Management Development Programme which is already getting results! This is naturally evolving all the time and is a key focus for our People Development Team and our senior managers are the business grows.
