Every member of staff who resigned including myself have left because of how they were treated by the manager.
Nothing is private... The manager will openly discuss employees personal information in the office. There has also been occasions where she as discussed personal HR matters in the office for everyone to hear. (She loves to gossip)
Favouritism, is a massive problem. All employees aren’t treated the same.
Micro management is the main reason people leave. The manager can be on your case that much employees can feel like they can’t do anything right, making them stop trying.
