      Top management entrusted safety department to manage themselves. They don't interfere with safety department and always willing to support any safety promotions, activities, etc..

      Engineering department are mostly newbies with no experiences. HR to kindly consider in employing new employees

      Friendly and supportive colleagues. That was the only positive aspect of my experience.

      Cons

      Management does not appreciate or recognize employees’ contributions.Strong focus on cost-cutting and money, with nothing regard for staff welfare.Overall working environment is discouraging and demotivating.
