Pros
12 hour shifts, full time compensation for working 3 twelve hour shifts. Ok, benefits. Get good PTO hours, spiritual days, etc. Not for profit
Cons
Huge corporation, management is a mouthpiece for doctors. No one listens to the employee. Employees don't have a word. Management is always changing and when you finally get a good manager, they don't stick around, they leave.. not sure what the inside reasons are for that.
